1. Camshaft housing:
Apply sealant 1207B 99000-31140
to mating surface.
2. Camshaft housing belt
3. Camshaft
4. Camshaft oil seal:
Apply engine oil seal lip.
5. Camshaft hub
6. Camshaft timing belt pulley
(engine with camshaft hub)

10 N m (1.0 kg-m, 7.5 lb-ft)

52 N m (5.2 kg-m, 37.5 lb-ft)
7. Camshaft hub bolt
8. Camshaft timing belt pulley bolt
9. Vacuum pump
10. O-ring
11. O-ring
12. Ball valve rocker
13. Valve rocker
14. Cylinder head
15. Camshaft timing belt pulley
(engine without camshaft hub)
REMOVAL
1) Disconnect negative cable at battery.
2) Remove timing belt referring to "TIMING BELT AND BELT TEN-
SIONER (ENGINE WITH CAMSHAFT HUB)" or "TIMING BELT
AND BELT TENSIONER (ENGINE WITHOUT CAMSHAFT
HUB)" in this section.
3) Remove cylinder head cover referring to "CYLINDER HEAD
COVER" in this section.
4) Remove vacuum pump from cylinder head referring to "VAC-
UUM PUMP" in Section 6E3.
: Tightening Torque
: Do not reuse
: Apply engine oil to sliding
surface of each part.
