Does the problem recur if the EP toner cartridge is
replaced with a new one?

Are any parts dirty, broken, malformed, incorrectly installed or different
from those listed in the specifications?
• Principle Parts to be Checked:
(1) EP toner cartridge, (2) HVPS, (3) Drive assembly
(4) MCU PWB, (5) HVPS harness assembly, (6) LVPS assembly
(7) ROS assembly
