3.13 Faulty Fan

Step
1 (Initial Check)
Are any parts broken, malformed, incorrectly installed
or different from those listed in the specifications?
• Principle Parts to be Checked:
(1) Fan, (2) HVPS, (3) MCU PWB
(4) Harness assembly HVPS, (5) LVPS assembly
2 (Check that power is supplied to the fan.) *1, *2
Is a voltage of 24VDC supplied between P/J152-
1PIN↔P/J152-2PIN?
3 (Check that power is supplied to the fan.) *1, *2
Is a voltage of 24VDC supplied between P/J151-
11PIN↔P/J151-3PIN and between P/J151-12PIN↔P/
J151-4PIN?
4 (Check the HVPS harness assembly.)
Is there continuity between J15↔J151?
*1: Do not touch the HVPS or any other high voltage components.
*2: Be sure connector P/J12 is disconnected from the MCU PWB.
Check

Replace the part or
install the part
correctly.
Replace the fan.
Replace the HVPS.

Faulty LVPS
Assembly 24VDC.
