(The BCR or BTR on the EP toner cartridge is
defective.)
Are there any irregularities, such as scratches, foreign
matter or grime, along the length of the BCR or BTR?
(If the problem is caused by a faulty BCR or BTR in
the EP toner cartridge, the black spots will appear at
47 mm intervals.)

(The heat roller is defective.)
Are there any irregularities, such as scratches, foreign
matter or grime, on the heat roller?
(If the problem is caused by a faulty heat roller, the
black dots will appear at 54 mm intervals.)

(The pressure roller is defective.)
Are there any irregularities, such as scratches, foreign
matter or grime, on the pressure roller?
(If the problem is caused by a faulty pressure roller,
the black dots will appear at 53 mm intervals.)
Black dots in the print
(There are black dots on the printed paper.)
Are any parts dirty, broken, malformed, incorrectly installed or different
from those listed in the specifications?
• Principle Parts to be Checked:
(1) EP toner cartridge, (2) Fuser assembly, (3) Heat roller
(4) Pressure roller
