1 (Initial Check)
Are any parts broken, malformed, incorrectly installed
or different from those listed in the specifications?
• Principle Parts to be Checked:
(1) CRU sensor, (2) MCU PWB
(3) CRU actuator, (4) EP toner cartridge
(5) Harness assembly CRU, (6) LVPS assembly
2 (Check the CRU switch in the CRU sensor PWB.) *1
Is the CRU switch in the CRU sensor PWB function-
ing normally?
• Check using diagnosis code 02.
*1: Be sure connector P/J12 is disconnected from the MCU PWB.
