1 (Initial Check)
Are any parts broken, malformed, incorrectly installed
or different from those listed in the specifications?
• Principle Parts to be Checked:
(1) MCU PWB
2 Does the problem recur if the power is turned OFF
and then ON again?
3 Does the problem recur if the power is turned OFF
and then ON one more time?
4 Does the problem recur if the power is turned OFF
and ON several times?
5 (Check the MCU PWB.)
Can non-volatile settings mode be entered if the
diagnostic tool is connected?
6 (Check the data in the non-volatile memory.)
Are the values of each of the non-volatile codes
correctly set?
7 (Check the MCU PWB.)
Are the values of each of the non-volatile codes
correctly setting, and does the problem recur if the
power is turned OFF and ON again?
*1: The problem is probably caused by external noise. In order to verify this, follow the troubleshooting procedure
described in section 3.16 Noise.
Caution: If a U6 error occurs even though the MCU PWB has been replaced, follow the troubleshooting
procedure described in section 3.16 Noise.
