Step
1 (Initial Check)
Are any parts broken, malformed, incorrectly installed
or different from those listed in the specifications?
• Principle Parts to be Checked:
(1) LVPS assembly, (2) MCU PWB, (3) HVPS
(4) Drive assembly, (5) ROS assembly
2 (Check the fuse.)
Is the fuse in the LVPS blown?
3 (Check the LVPS assembly.) *1
Is a voltage of 24VDC supplied between
J11-2PIN↔J11-1PIN, and is a voltage of 5VDC
supplied between J11-4PIN↔J11-7PIN and between
J11-5PIN↔J11-7PIN?
*1: Be sure the EP toner cartridge is installed and the front cover assembly is securely closed.
