(The HVPS CS/DS is defective.)
Does the problem occur while printing with the
window (the exit window for the laser beam) on the
ROS assembly covered by the paper?

(The HVPS DB is defective.)
Does the HVPS correctly contact the drive assembly
spring?

(The BCR or BTR on the EP toner cartridge is defective.)
Are there any irregularities, such as scratches, foreign
matter or grime, along the length of the BCR or BTR?
(If the problem is caused by a faulty BCR or BTR in the
EP toner cartridge, the black lines will appear at 47 mm
intervals.)

(The heat roller is defective.)
Are there any irregularities, such as scratches, foreign
matter or grime, on the heat roller?
(If the problem is caused by a faulty heat roller, the
black lines will appear at 54 mm intervals.)

(An unusual noise is being produced.)
Black lines in the print
(Black lines with a width of less than 1 mm appear on the paper in a direction
perpendicular to the paper feed direction.)
Are any parts dirty, broken, malformed, incorrectly installed or different
from those listed in the specifications?

(1) EP toner cartridge, (2) HVPS, (3) MCU PWB, (4) Drive assembly
(5) Heat roller, (6) Pressure roller, (7) Fuser assembly, (8) ROS assembly
(9) HVPS harness assembly , (10) LVPS assembly
