Are there any irregularities, such as burrs, foreign
matter or grime, in the paper transport path?

(The paper roll is not being correctly fed into the
printer.)
Are there any irregularities, such as foreign matter,
grime or deformations, on the paper transport roll or is
it operating incorrectly?
There are wrinkles in the paper that has been printed on.
Are any parts dirty, broken, malformed, incorrectly installed or different
from those listed in the specifications?
