3.5 Paper Feed Regulation Time

The regulation times for detecting a paper jam are shown below.
However, when the timing to turn on the pre-regi. sensor is, at a maximum, 0.25 sec slower then all components
after the second pre-regi. sensor will be 0.25 sec slower.
