Configure MSTP globally:

Select Network > MSTP from the navigation tree.
a.
Click the Global tab to enter the page for configuring MSTP globally.
b.
Select Enable in the Enable STP Globally list.
c.
Select MSTP in the Mode list.
d.
Select the box before Instance.
e.
Set the Instance ID field to 2.
f.
Set the Root Type field to Primary.
g.
Click Apply.
