VME Scatter-Gather RAM Test
This test verifies the integrity of the scatter/gather RAM by performing write,
read, and verify of various patterns to the entire scatter/gather RAM.
Console Command: vip_diag -t 4
Command Option:
-dd: print detailed test information on each pass.
