Canceling Printing

When canceling printing, try canceling it in Windows first. If you cannot cancel printing
in Windows, cancel it on the machine.
Note
The procedure may slightly vary according to the version of Windows you are using.
This section describes the procedure using Windows Vista.

Canceling Printing in Windows

Click [Start]

Double-click the icon of the printer that is printing.
The print queue is displayed.

Select the document to cancel printing for, and select "Cancel" from the
"Document" menu.
