Test switch setting
Switch SW16 is only used for factory testing; all of its switches must be set to OFF for proper
operation.

Software service changes
Once the QPC841 QSDI card is installed in the system, the system software needs to be
configured to recognize it. This is done using the Configuration Record program LD 17.
