NT8D02 and NTDK16 Digital Line cards
Jumper and switch settings
The NT8D02GA, NT8D02HA, and NT8D02HAE5 Digital Line Cards are based on a different
architecture than previous releases and have a jumper (J1) to activate/deactivate the
unterminated line detection (ULD) feature.
This feature is intended for debugging and should not be enabled except under the direction
of Nortel Technical Support. It is recommended to leave the jumper in the default factory
installed state.
Software service changes
Voice and data ports are configured using LD 11. See Software Input/Output Reference —
