REP 5.17 Sensor Bracket

Removal
1. Switch off the power and disconnect the power cord.
2. Remove the DADF Front Cover. (REP
3. Remove the DADF Rear Cover. (REP
4. Remove the DADF. (REP 5.1)
5. Remove the DADF Document Tray. (REP
6. Remove the DADF Feeder Assembly.
7. Remove the Registration Chute. (REP
8. Remove the Top Cover. (REP 5.10)
9. Remove the Harness Guide and the wire harness.
10. Remove the Takeaway Roll. (REP 5.16)
11. Remove the Sensor Bracket. (Figure
(1) Remove the self-tapping screws (x4).
(2) Disconnect the connector.
(3) Remove the Sensor Bracket.
(4) Pull out and remove the wire harnesses (x2) through the hole on the Frame.

Replacement
1. To install, carry out the removal steps in reverse order.

Removal
NOTE: Nudger, Feed,(REP 5.18) and Retard Rolls
time
1. Switch off the power and disconnect the power cord.
2. Open the Top Cover.
3. Open the Feed Upper Chute. (Figure
(1) Release the hook and open the Feed Upper Chute.

4. Shift the housing. (Figure 2)
Release the hook and shift the housing in the direction of the arrow.
