Service operation

At any time you can only be reached on one telephone under your call number (exten-
sion number).
In other words, if you log in at a second telephone with your PIN and extension number,
you can then be reached there under your call number (extension number). You will be
automatically logged out from the first telephone.

Log out user
Press "Menu" function key.
Scroll to the menu item Settings .
Confirm selection.
Scroll to the menu item User administration .
Confirm selection.
Scroll to user call number.
Confirm selection.
Scroll to the menu item Log out user .
Confirm selection.
...
If necessary, enter PIN if requested.
If necessary confirm PIN.
The user log–out procedure starts. After approximately 10 seconds at most, a message tell-
ing you whether logging–out was successful will appear on the display.
