Number of invalid packets filtered out before they reach the IP
stack (Fernando filter)
Max. number of entries in the receive FIFO after restart
Max. number of entries in the receive FIFO after reset
Receive jabber errors. Indicates that the receive packet length
was greater than 1518 bytes, and the packet had a bad CRC or
FAE
Frame alignment errors. Indicates a packet was received with a
frame alignment error. An FAE occurs when the resultant remain-
der from the division between the number of bits in a frame and
eight is nonzero, the CRC is invalid, and the octet counters are
greater then or equal to 64 and less than or equal to 1518.
CRC errors. Indicates a packet was received with a bit count
having a mod 8 remainder equal to 0, and that the packet had an
incorrect CRC
Fragment. Indicates a packet was received with a byte count
(including CRC) < 64, and the packet had a bad CRC or FAE
Frame long errors. Indicates that the received packet's length
was greater than 1518 bytes, and that packet had good CRC
Receive error output. RXEROUT will activate if the RX_ERR in-
put of the MII activates for one or more clocks while RX_DV is
high
Runt packets. Indicates a packet was received with a byte count
(including CRC) < 64, and the packet had a good CRC
