Bootline window

In this window you can, among others, edit data which is normally received by the IP tele-
phone from the DHCP server.

Activate if you want the data to be transferred automatically from the DHCP server.
This will invalidate any values entered, except the phone's network name.
Default:

Activate this if the software download is to be initiated via the numeric keypad and a
software version corresponding to the relevant numeric–key line of the configuration
file is to be loaded. This entry will be reset to "off" on completion of any download
initiated via the numeric keypad.

Max. 11 characters. The name (plus the MAC addition where appropriate) is sent to
the DHCP server as a host name option (code = 12) and is normally shown in the
DHCP server's relevant administration tool alongside the assigned IP address.
The last 6 digits of the MAC address of the phone will be added to the freely editable
phone network name, e.g. "avaya_T3IP–00–1e–0c".
The IP address at which the IP telephone can be called on the network.
It is essential to change this default setting if no DHCP server is found during the
commissioning of the IP telephone.
