Service operation
Information on bootstrap update for telephones that display "Thermal Errors":
Only Telephones T3 IP level II are affected. "Thermal errors" can be detected as following:
- spontaneous failures,
- "freezing" of user interface,
- no restart after reset,
- contact to gatekeeper lost,
- or a similar error.
For this reason there are new bootstraps for the telephones of hardware level II where the
settings have been modified for internal clock generation.
The new settings are included in the following bootstrap versions:
