Use executive announcement
Note:
The following sequence of events must be ad-
hered to without fail.
Leave the handset on–hook.
Select the phone book entry or press the respec-
tive destination key.
If necessary, press the "Hands–free/Monitoring"
key or lift the handset!
VIP call is activated.
"Monitoring" is automatically enabled on the outer
office telephone!
