2 Service Operations 2.27 Setting up VIP functions
Using the two–way intercom system
Note:
The following sequence of events must be ad-
hered to without fail.
Leave the handset on–hook.
Select the phone book entry or press the respec-
tive destination key.
If necessary, press the "Hands–free/Monitoring"
key or lift the handset! VIP call is activated.
In the outer office "Monitoring" is automatically
activated on the secretary telephone.
Note:
A call will be made if this sequence is reversed or
the "Monitoring" key is pressed.
