"CC Automatic Call Dis-
tribution" (CC)„
Available settings
- Free: When the user logs out from the tele-
phone, customer data is saved on the FTP
server.
- Barred: The customer data remains in the IP
telephone. Following relocation, this data can-
not be accessed.
- Free: Bridge Protocol Data Units that arrive at
a port of the IP–telephone–switch are forwar-
ded to the other port. Avoids data loops in the
network.
- Barred: No Forwarding. Data loops possibly
cannot be recognised by network switches.
- Free:
The user is able to log in to automatic call dis-
tribution (CC).
- Barred:
The menu item is not offered to the user.
