2 Service operation 2.22 Saving and reloading data
Note: Depending on the method used, some data cannot be reloaded:
Methods 1 – 3: terminal pass, redial list, call list, completed call list, time and link data.
Methods 4, 5: terminal pass, time, error counter, link data, gatekeepers list, user list, CTI/
Video Mac addresses, headset connected, alphabetic keypad layout, audio parameters, IP
settings (Codec, Bit rate), DHCP, TOS bits, own call number.
Do not save confidential information on the customer data server (FTP server)! Data
is not saved in encrypted form. Be sure that no unauthorized persons have access
to the data.
