Available settings
- Barred:
The user cannot make any settings in the
phone book. The menu options "Edit" and
"Delete" are not offered to the user when a
destination key is pressed. The menu items
"Edit entry" and "Delete entry" are not offered
to the user when a phone book entry is se-
lected.
- Free:
All functions in the phone book are released.
- Free:
The user is granted access to the main phone
book in the system.
- Barred:
The user is not granted access to the main
phone book in the system.
A function key that has been programmed for
the "Main Telephone Book" function is deleted.
