Customer Utilization
Redundancy: In the event of the central VoIP board in the I55
failing, the telephone switches over to a second board.
IP telephones registered at a VoIP board of the I55 exchange
call amongst each other directly. Particularly in branch offices,
thereby taking load off the network.
A user's personal data, such as key assignments or the tele-
phone book, are saved when he/she logs out. logging in / out.
When the user logs in at a different telephone, data will be
loaded automatically and the personal telephone is there as
well.
Statistical information about a call – such as delays in the IP
network – is saved; they can also be collected centrally or the
data for the last 20 calls can be viewed in the telephone. So
this makes it easier to localize network problems.
New features of the ISDN B package are also available under
IP.
