Bootstrap and software download for C package

The bootstrap previously required three 64K flash segments. It requires four flash segments
as of the C package. This makes a bootstrap update and exchange for a special update
procedure necessary. The software image also has to be reloaded after the bootstrap up-
date and exchange.
The bootstrap C package can hold 3 different images at the same time. The delivery status
is the tunnel software for I55 in image 1 and the test software for production in image 3.
Image 2 is available for additional software. It is not assigned at present.
The test software (image 3) is always booted as a default image in the case of newly pro-
duced telephones till the active image is determined for delivery by the testing committee on
the production line. On upgrading existing phones, image 1 is loaded and activated during
the subsequently required software download. The following areas are empty.
The image to be started can be selected via the enabling of the boot list in the audit menu
by means of the following keys on site:
Key "*"
Key "#"
Key "–"
The image to be started can be determined via the admin tool.
The software selection is carried out as before via the specifications in the config. file during
the software download and is loaded into the active area. As a super user the size of the
flash areas can be adapted to suit with the admin tool.
