2 Service Operations
Notes for Call Center operations:
After the headset is switched off the ringing acoustics are switched to the loudspeaker and
any existing Auto–Answer operation is deactivated. When the headset is switched on again,
Auto–Answer operation will only be reactivated if it was active prior to the headset being
switched off.

2.29.7.3 KonfTel bzw. Komfort Headset

A KonfTel CU102/AEI hands–free unit (part number 4.999.078.931) + Ellipse can be con-
nected to:
- the AEI–XY interface of the T3 IP Comfort, Classic
- the AEI–XY interface of an upstream additional device (e.g. DSS module or switching–
contact module)
Please observe the operating instructions for the KonfTel CU102/AEI.
It is necessary to register a KonfTel unit on the telephone, because the telephone cannot tell
whether or not such a unit is connected.
