Saving and reloading data
The customer data consists of configuration and user data (= phone book, volume settings,
etc.). There are various ways of saving (and subsequently reloading) all the customer data
or only the user data for T3 IP telephones:
1. Using the ISM administration tool, all customer data, data can be saved in the TC system.
A description can be found in the ISM manual.
2. Via the T3 IP telephone under the menu "Settings / Security / Save data / Save data cen-
trally". All customer data is saved in the TC system.
3. Via the service PC and the tool "IP Phone Admin." (→ p. 74). All customer data is saved
on a customer–data server (→ p. 98).
4. Via the T3 IP telephone under the menu "Settings / IP Settings/ User Data / Store / Load
Data". User data is saved on a customer–data server.
(The "User Mobility" feature has to be released.)
5. User data will be automatically saved or reloaded on the customer data server when the
IP phone is logged on or off.
