NAS Management

Restarting the Subsystem

To restart the subsystem:
1. Click the NAS Management icon at the top of the screen.
The Shutdown icon at the bottom of the screen is automatically selected.
2. Click the Restart option button.
3. Click the OK button.
When the controller restarts, your SmartNAVI connection is interrupted.
4. Monitor the subsystem in the Device List.
When the subsystem icon changes from gray
subsystem to display it in SmartNAVI.

Powering Off the Subsystem

This option enables you to power on the NAS from SmartNAVI.
• The Wake on LAN option must be enabled.
See "Making Management Port Settings" on page 83 or page 248.
• The NAS must be in a powered off state.
