Creating a Group

To create a Group:
1.
Click the User Management icon at the top of the screen.
2.
Click the Create New Group icon at the bottom of the screen.
3.
Type a Group Name in the field provided.
Up to 16 characters, A-Z, 0-9, and _, first character must be a letter. No
spaces.
4.
You can add and delete members at a later time.
See "Adding Members to a Group" below.
5.
Click the OK button.

Viewing a List of Groups

To view a list of Groups:
1.
Click the User Management icon at the top of the screen.
2.
Click the Group List icon at the bottom of the screen.

Adding Members to a Group

To add Users as Group members:
1.
Click the User Management icon at the top of the screen.
2.
Click the Modify Group Member icon at the bottom of the screen.
3.
Click the Group whose membership you want to change.
4.
Click a user in the Available User list then click the arrow icon to move them
to the Selected User list.
5.
Click the OK button.
A User can only belong to one Group. If a User already belongs to
a Group and you add him to this Group, you automatically delete
him from the previous Group.
