Clearing Runtime Events

To clear the Runtime Event log:
1.
From the Main Menu, highlight Event Viewer and press Enter.
2.
Highlight Clear Runtime Event Log and press Enter.
3.
Press Y to confirm.

Viewing NVRAM Events

NVRAM events refer to the 63 most important events over multiple subsystem
startups. NVRAM events are stored in non-volatile memory.
To display NVRAM events:
1.
From the Main Menu, highlight Event Viewer and press Enter.
2.
Highlight NVRAM Events and press Enter.
The log of NVRAM Events appears. Events are added to the top of the list.
Each item includes:
Sequence number – Begins with 0 at system startup.
Device – Disk Array, Logical Drive, Physical Drive by its ID number.
Severity – See the list on page 266.
Timestamp – Date and time the event happened.
Description – A description of the event in plain language.
3.
Press the up and down arrow keys to scroll through the log.

Clearing NVRAM Events

To clear the Runtime Event log:
1.
From the Main Menu, highlight Event Viewer and press Enter.
2.
Highlight NVRAM Events and press Enter.
3.
Highlight Clear NVRAM Event Log and press Enter.
4.
Press Y to confirm.
