The bottom of the shifter handle shaft is threaded into the shifter handle joint. Make sure the shifter
handle is threaded approximately half way into the shifter handle joint and tighten the jam nut. (this will
act as the baseline setting)
Using white lithium grease (or standard chassis grease) lubricate the vertical shifter handle.
