Slide the lower cover over the tilt lever. The easiest way to remove the lower cover is to tilt the front
edge of the cover down so the slot for the tilt lever is vertical (see photo). Then slide the cover over
the tilt lever. Remove the upper cover.
Remove steering wheel lock nut (21 mm). This will require some force.
Use the steering wheel puller to remove the Corvette wheel.
