REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL ASSY
(a)
Disconnect the clutch start switch clamp and connector.
(b)
Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and clutch pedal assy.

REMOVE TURN OVER SPRING SEAT COMPRESSION
SPRING
(a)
Using a small screwdriver, remove the E–ring.
(b)
Remove the compression spring.

REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB–ASSY

Remove the clutch pedal spring.

Mount the clutch pedal assy in a soft jaw vise.
