Using the Web Management Interface
From the main menu, click Administration. Scroll down to the Copy Config File from AP section.
Configurable Parameters
Configuration File – Uploads the current access point configuration file to a specified remote FTP
or TFTP server. Downloads a configuration file from an FTP or TFTP server to restore a specific
configuraiton. After filling in the following fields, click Start Transfer to proceed.

FTP/TFTP: Selects either an FTP or TFTP server.
•
Export/Import: Selects either an upload or download operation for the configuration file.
Note:
If the country code on your access point is set to "99" and you export its configuration file,
you will not be able to import that file back into the access point. Therefore, make sure the access
point is configured with a country code other than "99".
•
Config file: Specifies the name of the configuration file on the server. A path on the server can
be specified using "/" in the name, providing the path already exists; for example,
"myfolder/syscfg." Other than to indicate a path, the file name must not contain any slashes (\ or
/), the leading letter cannot be a period (.), and the maximum length for file names on the
FTP/TFTP server is 255 characters. (Valid characters: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, ".", "-", "_")
•
IP Address: IP address or host name of FTP or TFTP server.
•
Username: The user ID used for login on an FTP server.
•
Password: The password used for login on an FTP server.
