QOS Mode – Sets the QoS traffic priority mode used by the access point or turns off QoS traffic
priority. (Default: OFF)

OFF: The access point does not prioritize traffic (except if SVP is enabled independently).
•
Source Address: Traffic classification based on the source MAC address. If selected, be sure to
enter MAC addresses in the QOS Classifications table.
•
Destination Address: Traffic classification based on the destination MAC address. If selected,
be sure to enter MAC addresses in the QOS Classifications table.
•
Ethernet Type: Traffic classification based on the Ethernet protocol type. If selected, be sure to
enter Ethernet types in the QOS Classifications table.
•
802.1p: Traffic classification based on the frame's priority tag. Any data in the QOS
Classifications tables is ignored.
QOS Classifications – Configures tables for mapping MAC addresses and Ethernet protocol types
to 802.1p priority levels.
•
Ethernet Type: The Ethernet protocol type specified in hexadecimal format. (Range: 0000 -
FFFF)
•
MAC Address: The MAC address of a source or destination. Enter six pairs of hexadecimal digits
separated by hyphens; for example, 00-90-d1-12-ab-89.
•
Priority: The 802.1p priority level assigned to the Ethernet protocol type or MAC address.
(Range: 0 - 7, where 7 is the highest priority)
