5.6.13 Cold Mirror

UV HAZARD! Always wear protective safety clothing and a face shield when performing
service with the safety shield removed and a lamp installed.
NOTICE: Wear gloves when handling the cold mirror.
The cold mirror is the first bend in the optical path.

bration)

4. Remove the three PEM nuts securing the heat sink over the cold
mirror (Figure 5-71).
5. Use a 2mm hex key to loosen the bottom two hex screws and to
remove the top two hex screws and clips (Figure 5-72).

6. Grab the top corners of the mirror, pull up and out.
