3.5.3 DMD Convergence
A convergence problem is characterized by one or more projected
colors (red/green/blue) appearing misaligned when examined with a
proper convergence test pattern—where normally the three colors
should overlap precisely to form pure white lines throughout the
image, one or more poorly converged individual colors may appear
adjacent to some or all of the lines. Qualified Christie service techni-
cians can correct convergence, as described on the color label affixed
to the light engine cover (Figure 3-5). NOTE: Use Christie's custom
Convergence Tool Kit for all convergence work. Contact Christie
