5.6.2 Internal Motor Control Board (IMCB)

Two IMCBs, located side by side in the cardcage, are easily accessible beneath the high security lid. One board
controls the lamp adjust for lamp alignment and another controls the lens.
(Estimated Replacement Time: 20 minutes, includes 5 minute calibration per board)
1. Remove the top lid. Refer to
2. Remove the 10 harnesses for the lens and the 11 harnesses for the lamp from the board.
3. Loosen the captive screw securing the IMCB board. Pull the captive screw up after it is loosened. (Figure
5-56)
4. Slide the IMCB toward the light engine and remove.
5. Reverse the above steps to reinstall the IMCB.
6. Perform lens calibration and LampLOC
