5.5.23 Lamp Adjust Assembly

UV HAZARD! Wear authorized protective clothing when servicing the main blower
assembly.
The lamp adjust assembly is located directly between the reflector assembly and the lamp blower module, at
the back of the CP2210.
(Estimated Replacement Time: 60 minutes + 10 minute LampLOC
1. Open the lamp door. Refer to
page 5-9.
2. Remove the safety shield. Refer to
on page 5-10.
3. Remove the lamp (if installed). Refer to

4. Remove the top lid. Refer to

on page 5-36.
6. Using a 5mm hex key, remove the two screws securing
the lamp adjust. (Figure 5-31/B)
7. Using a 3mm hex key, remove the screw securing the
grounding cable. (Figure 5-31/A)
8. Disconnect the 11 harnesses from the Intelligent Motor Control Board (IMCB). See Figure 5-30.
9. Using the 5mm hex key provided on the inside of the lamp door, unscrew the lamp power supply wire nut
(Figure 5-31/C).
