lamp will not ignite. Cool the projector and try again. Ensure there is proper ventilation, air filters are not
blocked and liquid cooling reservoir has coolant and is circulating.

4.2.4 Symptom: LampLOC
If there are no visual changes when performing LampLOC
following:
Is the LampLOC Intelligent Motor Control Board (IMCB) reporting any communication errors?
Is the douser open?
Check harness connections between the Lamp IMCB (P35) and Environmental Board (EVB) (P34A).
Check the light sensor harness connection to Lamp IMCB (P36).
• Are light sensor values changing while performing LampLOC
• Adjust each axis manually with the lamp OFF. Do motors move freely? If not, try replacing the Lamp
IMCB.
• Replace lamp. Ensure to set lamp type in Advanced Setup: Add Lamp window.
4.2.5 Symptom: LiteLOC
• If lamp power has increased to its maximum in order to maintain a LiteLOC
automatically terminated. If the values shown in the Advanced Setup: Lamp Power/LiteLOC Setup
window indicate that the lamp power has reached this "over-drive" state, either reduce your LiteLOC
setting or install a new lamp.
• Replace Lamp Power Supply (LPS). Refer to

4.2.6 Symptom: DMD over-temperature warning

• Check DMD temperature sensor readings. Are they the same? If not, check each sensor for proper
mounting.
• Check coolant hoses for kinks which may restrict fluid flow. Fix if possible.
• Check coolant level. Make sure the coolant level does not fall below the minimum fill line indicated on the
reservoir. Top up coolant if required, using the Christie approved coolant JEFFCOOL E105.

• Check the Radiator Air Filter located behind the cover next to the lamp door. If it appears grey in color, it
requires replacement.
• Ensure that intake fans and LAD fans are working.
• Check the LAD Filter located in the light engine compartment. If it appears grey in color, it requires replace-
ment.
• Check the LAD hoses for possible kinks. Correct if necessary.

4.2.7 No Image, Just Pink Snow

If you see no image, just pink snow, the enigma has likely been bypassed. Reconnect the enigma by selecting
the LD Bypass checkbox in the Channel Setup: Config 2 window.
