8. Remove the four screws securing the illumination optic system (IOS) to the base plate.
9. Lift the ISOS up off the dowel pins and remove it through the front opening.
10. To complete the installation, repeat these steps in reverse order.
11. Adjust convergence (on page 26).
12. Adjust appropriate optical items.

Replacing the cold mirror

Estimated Replacement Time: 12 minutes + 10 minute calibration
Warning! Failure to comply with the following could result in death or serious injury.
UV EXPOSURE! Protective UV safety glasses with side shields and Christie approved protective
safety clothing must be worn when performing optical adjustments or servicing the product.
1. Remove the front top lid (on page 40).
2. Remove the light sensor module (on page 67).
3. Remove the radiator and radiator fan (on page 56).
4. Remove one screw from each tab.
5. Loosen the other screws from each tab.
6. Wearing clean, lint-free gloves provided in the service kit, carefully slide the cold mirror out.
7. Place the cold mirror into the holder with its reflective surface facing in.
The reflective side shows no gap with its reflection when an object is held at the surface; the
non-reflective side shows a prominent gap.
8. To complete the installation, repeat these steps in reverse order.
9. Perform a lamp calibration.
