5-20 FUEL SYSTEM AND THROTTLE BODY
• With the throttle valve fully closed, install the TP sensor to the
original setting position.
% TP sensor mounting screw: 3.5 N·m (0.35 kgf-m, 2.5 lb-ft)
• Install the IAC valve.

Replace the O-ring with a new one.
• Apply thin coat of the engine oil to the new O-ring.

INSTALLATION

• Installation is in the reverse order of removal. Pay attention to
the following points:
• With THREAD LOCK applied to the mounting bolts, install the
PAIR control solenoid valve.
( 99000-32050: THREAD LOCK "1342"
• Insert the protrusions A of air cleaner box into the holes B of
its bracket.

THROTTLE CABLE ADJUSTMENT

• Adjustment can be made by the throttle grip side adjuster.
