• Install the oil lock piece 1 into the inner tube.
• Install the inner tube into the outer tube with care not to drop
the oil lock piece out.
NOTE:
After installing the inner tube into the outer tube, keep the oil
lock piece into the inner tube by compressing the front fork fully.
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE to the lip of the oil seal 2.
• Install the oil seal 2 into the outer tube using the special tool.

Wach clean the front fork oil seal installer before
using. If dirt is on the installer, the inner tube may pos-
sibly be damaged during press-fitting work.
• Fit the stopper ring 3 and dust seal 4.
$
Make sure that the stopper ring is securely fitted into
the groove on the outer tube.

• Install the rebound spring 7 on the cylinder 8 and install
them together to the inner tube.
