• Install the piston seal 1 and dust seal 2 as shown in the
illustration.
• Install the O-rings 3.
• Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER to the caliper housing bolts 4.
• Tighten the caliper housing bolts to the specified torque.
# Caliper housing bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 lb-ft)
( 99000-32130: THREAD LOCK SUPER "1360"
• Tighten the caliper mounting bolts 5 to the specified torque.
• With the hose ends contacted to the stoppers, tighten the
union bolts 6 to the specified torque.
# 5 Caliper mounting bolt: 25 N·m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.0 lb-ft)
6 Union bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 lb-ft)
• For assembly procedure of brake hose. (!9-23)
• Fill the system with brake fluid and bleed air. (!2-19)
