ENGINE REASSEMBLY

This engine is reassembled by carrying out the
steps of disassembly in the reverse order, but
there are a number of steps which demand special
descriptions or precautionary measures.
NOTE:
Apply engine oil to each running and sliding part
before reassembling.
Apply a little grease to the oil seal lip.
Install the drive shaft bearing retainer together
with the gasket.
When tightening the screws, apply THREE
BOND No. 1215 to threads.

Position the crankshaft
lower half 010. Fit the bearing locating pins
0A0, 0B0 and 0C0 at the mating face as shown.
Also, insert the O-ring
groove properly.
CAUTION:
Position the oil seal squarely to the crankshaft.
Apply oil to the bearings.
NOTE:
Keep the crankcase mating surface clean, free
from oil.

MONTAJE DEL MOTOR
El montaje del motor se efectúa realizando en or-
den contrario las operaciones de desmontaje, pero
hay algunos pasos que necesitan explicaciones
más detalladas o precauciones especiales.
NOTA:
Antes del montaje, hay que lubricar todas las piezas
rodantes o de deslizamiento con aceite del motor.
Poner un poco de grasa en el labio de los colec-
tores.
Montar la placa de sujeción del eje secundario
junto a la junta.
Cuando se aprietan los tornillos, hay que apli-
car THREE BOND N. 1215 sobre la rosca.

010. Introducir los pasadores de ensamblaje de
los cojinetes 0A0,0B0
cia a la superficie de ensambladura, como se
muestra. Además, encajar el anillo elástico
corrrectamente en el alojamiento del cárter.
ADEVERTENCIA:
Poner el colector perpendicularmente sobre el eje
motor.
Lubricar los cojinetes.
NOTA:
Controlar que la superficie de ensambladura de los
cárters esté limpia y sin residuos de aceite.
