ENGINE
Install the left and right reed valve assemblies
010 and 020 on the crankcase.
Install the intake pipes
The clamp should be installed together with
the screw.
Assemble the following parts on the case:
spring 050; contact piece 060; O-ring
switch body 080.
After the switch body is tightened, route the
lead wire through the clearance.
Secure the lead wire with the clamp located on
the intake pipe.
Install the oil pump 090
Connect the oil hoses
ders as shown.
Secure the hose with clamp at the connection.
Connect the oil hoses
case as shown.
Fit the circlip 0140 on the drive shaft.
Mount the sprocket 0150.
Secure the sprocket with the circlip 0160.
NOTE:
Position the circlip with the rounded edge against
the surface of the sprocket.

MOTOR
Montar sobre el cárter el grupo
válvulas de delgas derecha e izquierda.
Montar los colectores de aspiración
La abrazadera se monta junto al tornillo.
Montar las piezas siguientes sobre el cárter:
muelle 050: perno de contacto 060; anillo OR
070 y cuerpo del interruptor 080.
Después de haber fijado el interruptor, poner el
hilo en el espacio previsto.
Fijar el hilo con la abrazadera situada sobre el
colector de aspiración.
Montar la bomba del aceite
Conectar los tubos de aceite
cilindros como se indica.
Fijar el tubo de conexión con la abrazadera.
Conectar los tubos de aceite
cárter, como se indica.
Instalar el anillo elástico
cundario.
Montar el piñón 0150.
Fijar el piñón con el anillo elástico 0160.
NOTA:
Colocar el anillo elástico con el borde rebondeado
contra la superficie del piñón.
