REINSTALACIÓN BARRA PORTARRUEDA –
BOTELLA
Lea con cuidado pág. 9-10 (ACEITE PARA HORQUI-

LLA), pág. 9-15 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMACIO-
NES GENERALES) y pág. 9-39 (INSPECCION SUS-
PENSION DELANTERA).
Las operaciones marcadas con el símbolo
" " tienen validez incluso para sustituir el

aceite horquilla.
Durante la reinstalación ponga mucho cuida-
do y controle que las superficies de desliza-
miento estén en perfectas condiciones (no de-
ben haber signos de desgaste, rayas, etc.), en caso
contrario sustituya el componente.
Ponga mucho cuidado en que no entren en su inte-
rior cuerpos extraños.
No vuelva a utilizar el aceite desechado anteriormen-
te.
Sustituya siempre las juntas.

La operación de reinstalación debe realizarse po-
niendo mucho cuidado.
Antes de seguir adelante con las operaciones
-
que siguen, prepare las herramientas especia-
les (A), (B), (C), (D) y antes de reinstalar las juntas
y los casquillos extienda una capa de aceite horqui-
lla, véase pág. 9-20 (TABLA DE LUBRIFICANTES).

Interponiendo unas zapatas de material blando (alumi-
nio), coloque en un tornillo de banco la barra porta-
rrueda (21) con la apertura dirigida hacia arriba.
Aplique una capa de grasa dentro del casqui-
llo de centrado (23), véase pág. 9-20 (TABLA
DE LUBRIFICANTES).
Introduzca el casquillo de centrado (23) en la base del
bombeante (9).
Introduzca el bombeante (9) en la barra portarrueda
(19) asegurándose de que apoye perfectamente en la
base.
Coloque sobre el tornillo central (21) la arandela de co-
bre (22).
Introduzca y apriete el tornillo central (21).
Par de apriete tornillo central (21):
30÷40 Nm (3÷4 kgm).
Extraiga la barra portarrueda (19) de la morsa.
Aplique, sin sobreponer, un poco de cinta adhesiva en
la extremidad de la barra portarrueda (19) para prote-
ger los retenes durante la reinstalación.
REASSEMBLING THE WHEEL-HOLDER TUBE -
SLIDER UNIT

Carefully read p. 9-12 (FORK OIL), p. 9-16 (PRECAU-
TIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION) and p. 9-39
(INSPECTING THE FRONT SUSPENSION).
 The operations marked with the symbol " "
are valid also for the fork oil change.
Upon reassembly, proceed with the greatest
care and make sure that the sliding surfaces
are in perfect conditions (there must no be
signs of wear, lines, etc.), otherwise change the com-
ponent.
Be careful to prevent any foreign matter from getting
inside.
Do not reuse any oil that has already been drained.
Always replace the gaskets.

The reassembly must be carried out with the greatest
care.
Before proceeding with the following opera-
-
tions, prepare the appropriate special tools
(A), (B), (C), (D) and before reinstalling the gas-
kets and bushings cover them with a layer of fork oil,
see p. 9-20 (LUBRICANT CHART).

Position the wheel-holder tube (21) on a vice with the
open part facing upwards, interposing clamps made of
soft material (aluminium).
Apply some grease inside the centering bush-
ing (23), see p. 9-20 (LUBRICANT CHART).
Insert the centering bushing (23) on the bottom of the
pumping element (9).
Insert the pumping element (9) in the wheel-holder
tube, making sure that it rests on the base.
Position the copper washer (22) on the centre screw
(21).
Insert and tighten the centre screw (21).
Centre screw (21) driving torque:
30÷40 Nm (3÷4 kgm).
Remove the wheel-holder tube (19) from the vice.
Taking care not to form tape layers, apply some adhe-
sive tape on the end of the wheel-holder tube (19), in
such a way as to protect the gaskets during the reas-
sembly.
