KICK STARTER

Install the kick starter idler gear together with
washers, bushing, spring washer and circlip as
shown.
Install the kick starter shaft stopper. Thread
lock should be applied to the screw threads.
Apply LOCTITE ® 221
Fit the return spring
050.
Insert the gearshift shaft and engage its gear
with the driven gear so that the center teeth of
these two gears mesh as shown.

Instalar el engranaje de reenvío del kick starter
con las arandelas, el casquillo, la arandela elá-
stica, la arandela y el anillo elástico como se in-
dica en la figura.
Instalar el retén del eje del kick starter. Sobre la
rosca de los tornillos, hay que aplicar un produc-
to que bloquee la rosca.
Aplicar LOCTITE ® 221
Introducir el muelle de retorno
cambio 050.
Instalar el eje del cambio y poner su engranaje
en engrane con el engranaje conducido de ma-
nera que los dientes centrales de los dos en-
granajes se acoplen en la posición indicada.
